Southern Living was the lead contractor for the construction of Robertson Yard Studios for local metal worker and sculptor Jon Mills (www.metaljon.com) and artist Kate Osborne (www.kateosborneart.com)
The build entailed the construction of a new workshop for Jon and a building number of artists studios on the site of a Victorian commercial soft water laundry. Southern Living was involved in all stages of construction from the ground up and supplied labour and sub-contractors for the project alongside design and structural advice.
