Hollingbury Copse

Conversion of a two bedroom, one bathroom 1940’s detached house into a five bedroom, three bathroom eco-house. The original brick construction was extended using steel framework. The additional structure is insulated with internal wood fibre insulation and external wood fibre boards that are lime rendered. The house is a gas-free property and utilises photovoltaic cells, solar thermal and air source heat pump technology.
